• Availability of sanitizing gel dispenser at the entrance / exit of the hotel, in the common areas and at the entrance of the toilets, restaurants and breakfast rooms
• Cleaning and sanitizing of toilets in the common areas several times a day, based on the influx of guests
• Cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces several times a day, with particular attention to objects that are touched more often such as elevator buttons, handrails, switches, door handles
• All surfaces of the rooms and common areas are sanitized with certified products and in the ways indicated by the manufacturer to ensure maximum hygiene according to the type of material with which the surfaces to be sanitized are made
• Sanitization of rooms and suites at each departure
• Procedure for ironing bed linen and towels performed at high temperature followed by fully automated packaging according to the sanitary protocol

Our Commitment to Sustainability:

• Our idea of sustainability is rooted first and foremost in the choice of objects and materials that withstand the test of time. Materials are chosen among natural long-lasting sources, respecting traditional building techniques manufactured by local companies and artisans and are built to last in time.
• Use of natural materials and traditional venetian building techniques – Marble, wooden foundations, hand layed..
• Thermal insulation - A great deal of sensitivity has been reserved for the thermal insulation of buildings, using high-performance materials to obtain the best energy saving results.
• Low impact heating system + considerable water saving - use of latest generation hot/cold heat pumps with water recovery that allows the production of hot water with minimal winter additions of methane gas. We are also building a closed-circuit system that allows the water of the heat pumps to be cooled through an underground coil that uses the thermal delta without introducing running water from the aqueduct, obtaining considerable savings in water consumption and reducing the waste of water resources.
• Room automation control system – remote control of temperature & light, measures that allow a more sustainable use of energy avoiding waste.
• Water purification for the environment - All drains are conveyed to a purifier inside the structure, this operation involved a considerable investment but allows respect for the environment, since the outgoing water will be totally purified and clean.
